STEP THREE

WINTER 2024/25 ATHLETE REGISTRATION 

Registration closes January 6, 2025. 

To participate in our winter conditioning program athletes will be required to register for Spring Crew in Final Forms and have a current physical and parental consent on file in Final Forms. 

 

Payment for the spring season is not required at this time. 

 

This requirement insures that athletes are fit to participate and allows for access and contact with the school’s athletic training staff. The link to Final Forms is below. Please understand that athletes that do not complete this will not be allowed to practice.

Complete the Spring Season Registration Form and submit payment of $500.00.

Note: There are additional fees if your rower participates in a by-invitation-only regatta.​

All rowers are required to join USRowing and complete the USRowing waiver annually. Waivers must be submitted by the athlete or a parent/legal guardian if the athlete is under 18 years of age. 

​​For Novice rowers:

  • Visit USRowing to register.

  • Select Individuals membership.

  • Click Join and complete the registration form.

  • For first time registrants, type "Forest Hills Central” under “Club or Team Name.” You will be asked for your club access code: U73QV

  • Sign the waiver.

  • USRowing charges a $25.00 membership fee.

​For Returning rowers:

  • Visit USRowing and Log In.

  • Sign the waiver.

  • USRowing charges a $20 membership renewal fee.

  • If you have forgotten your username or password, follow prompts to retrieve your username or reset your password.

Read the Parent & Athlete contract and attend the FHC Crew Spring Kickoff Meeting on February 27, 2025 at 6pm to learn more. 
2025 Athlete & Parent Contract

Athletes must submit a signed copy of the signature page of the 2025 Athlete & Parent Contract to Coach Ross. Note the contract MUST be signed by both the athlete and a parent or guardian.​​​​

FHC LEARN TO ROW CAMP

Registration forms and payment are due before the start of camp.

Week 1: June 12 – 16
Week 2: June 19 – 23


Want to experience the sport of Rowing? Register for the FHC Learn to Row Camp. Athletes that have finished grades 6 through 9 are invited to attend two one-week camps held at the Forest Hills Boathouse from 6:00 – 8:00 PM where they will learn the basics of rowing, spend five evenings rowing on the Grand River, and have a chance to race against other rowers in the Friday evening regatta. Camps are run by the FHC Rowing team coaches and our Varsity athletes.
